Baja Bucket List Ride

This adventure starts and ends in Tecate, Baja California, where we’ll traverse from coast to coast and stop at bucket list spots along the way.
2-Day Rio Roundup
Baja Oasis to Cabo

Day 1

If you’re ready for the most amazing off-road adventure that northern Baja has to offer, then check out our Baja Bucket List Ride! We start in Tecate and ride through the pine forest to our legendary lunch stop for ‘El Vapor’ steamed pork tacos, where the chase team will fuel and inspect the bikes while we eat. Next, we traverse down the legendary Rumerosa Grade and across the desert floor to our Baja Oasis. Here, you’ll be greeted by our chef, Gabby, with an amazing seasonal dish for dinner on the river.

Day 2

We head to the legendary Mike’s Sky Ranch. Depending on skill level, we start with ‘El Mano Grade,’ our ‘Secret Passage,’ or a dual sport route along the scenic Laguna Salada. We will stop for lunch and pit support at Valle de Trinidad before heading back into the mountains to Mike’s Sky Ranch. We’ll arrive to an ice-cold swimming pool and hot food at Mike’s. At this point, we will jump in the pool to cool off or step up to the bar at a humble Baja rancho before the generator turns off and it’s time for bed.

Day 3

Wake up to coffee and breakfast, then saddle up for a day of beach therapy. We’ll head west down the mountain towards the coast, stopping for your choice of tacos or seafood in the small coastal village of Colonet. Next, it’s time for beach wheelies as we ride along the Pacific Coast to Coyote Cal’s for the night. This legendary stop offers breathtaking ocean views and a ton of history as the owner, Rick, shares his stories with the group. Enjoy dinner, tea, and water, but beware of their appropriately named Chupacabra Margarita—it can creep up and suck the life out of you if overindulged.

Day 4

Ride north along the coast before veering east to the small town of Ojos Negros. This area boasts beautiful landscapes and is celebrated for its rugged terrain and challenging trails that attract off-road enthusiasts from all over the world. We will enjoy a homestyle lunch at a local kitchen before heading north on the infamous ‘Compadre Trail,’ where countless Baja races and adventure seekers have passed. This amazing location showcases the region’s stunning landscapes and natural beauty. The adventure will end in Tecate, where we cross the border with no wait on our motorcycles.
